Great day on the water despite super‑low tides, high pressure, and clear blue skies. My repeat clients downsized their lure selection, and we targeted potholes in the grass flats. The adjustments paid off, we had a few personal bests on this trip, including a big trout weighing 8 lbs. We were able to get a picture of her on the Bogas; the boat was too far away for an accurate length, but she was pushing the 30" mark. The big red measured right at 28" and weighed 9.4 lbs.
